Fleur Folle is a Basel-based floral design studio and online shop specializing in contemporary flower arrangements and curated home décor. Our core collection includes handcrafted dried flower wreaths, bouquets, and other seasonal creations.

Alongside florals, Fleur Folle offers carefully sourced vintage home décor finds, including rare mid-century vases and decorative objects – primarily sourced in Hungary and released as limited-edition collections.

We also create custom installations and floral styling for events, and corporate & commercial spaces. Bespoke projects are available on request.

Fresh flower bouquets are available through our retail presence in Basel.

I’m Kato Siegfried, curator and creator of Fleur Folle. With a background in event and interior design spanning over a decade, I have developed visual concepts for a wide range of environments – from weddings and corporate spaces to exhibitions, photoshoots, and private homes.

Flowers have been a constant muse in my creative work, often at the heart of my designs. With Fleur Folle, they take center stage.

In French, fleur means flower and folle means crazy, wild, or mad. The flower part needs no explanation - but why crazy?

Throughout my creative career, I’ve always been drawn to minimalist – but never without a twist.

When working with flowers, I bring that same approach into my arrangements. I rearely use a large variety of blooms; instead, I focus on shape, movements, and colour. Unusual materials, unexpected textures, a surprising pop of colour – those are the details that excite me the most.

That’s how Fleur Folle’s signature look emerged: sculptural yet playful, refined yet a little wild.

Less is more – but never a bore.
